Ⅰ. Application

This instrument can use in the site that is with explosive mixture, used for measuring the copper and copper alloy, common carbon steel and other non-corrosive of crystals, non-solidification of medium’s pressure (negative pressure). Can use together with the relevant explosion-proof property electric element via contact device. It has a variety of function to measured medium pressure, such as automatic control, alarm, signal remote etc.

Note: this instrument has magnetic switch contact device, it can give signal when measured medium pressure exceed set value. measure of vibration occasions use magnetic assist type explosion-proof pressure gauge or use digital explosion-proof pressure gauge, measure tiny pressure(10Kpa~60Kpa), should use diaphragm capsule explosion proof electric contact pressure gauge.

1. This pressure gauge shell uses flame-proof structure, when the shell internal explosive mixtures affected by sparks or electric arc, when the explosion occurred, do not cause external explosive mixture explode, so as to achieve the goal of explosion-proof.

 

2, instrument is consist by bourdon pressure gauge and an electric connect device.

Instrument working principle: when the medium get into the spring tube, make its produce displacement, enlarge through the drive mechanism, pointer will be indicate the measured pressure value in the dial. At the same time the pointer drive electric contact device’s movable contact, when the pressure reaches index value, movable contact contacts set pointer’s contact terminal, and processing circuit.

 

3, insert line of rubber sealing ring inside diameter 10 mm, Shao Ershi hardness 45 to 55 with cable diameter 9.8 mm, 500 VBX type four core lastex (4XI)
